Dates and milk diet to lose weight before the wedding

Do you want to lose 10 kg before 4 weeks of your wedding to look graceful and thinner in the white dress? If you follow the diet of dates and milk, effective steps to get the result you want:
First week:
-Breakfast: 5 dates with two cups of milk or low-fat milk.
Between breakfast and lunch: pineapple juice, one cup, and you can replace it with orange juice or even biting one Apple if you diversified meals.
-Food: choose one of these three meals:

The third
-Breakfast: 5.
Between breakfast and lunch: 2 fresh fruits (bananas, apples or oranges).
-Food: choose one meal out of these stages:
1) grilled chicken or fish, ship, or roast beef (200 g) or grilled shrimp.

Repeat the diet week 3 and this week will see a loss of weight if good without cheating or even delete a meal of meals.
