Have you ever thought of a Christmas with a handmade style!

Plan ahead and take the time to create something really special for your home and family this year: Christmas decorations for your tree and home, Christmas gifts to make, Christmas cards, and even festive flower arranging.

Use every disposable available item in your house to make Christmas decorations like baubles, angels, fairies, reindeer, wreaths, cards, Christmas stockings and gifts..

For example:-

1-Make a minimalist-style Christmas wreath using twigs, leafy stems and red fruits:-

A few long twigs twisted into a circle can make a surprisingly elegant wreath. Make a circle of twigs and secure with twine. Use jeweller’s wire to fix berries and sprigs of eucalyptus leaves in random clusters around your wreath. Instead of displaying on your door, try hanging your wreath in front of a window, from door handles or from the top of a cupboard.

2-Make an elegant, Scandinavian-style beaded hanging garland Christmas tree decoration:-

Use red beads to echo the real berries from the garden, Twist a length of wire into a small circle and thread beads around it. Now hang another decoration inside it on a wire and tie onto the tree.

Or you can renew your old Christmas baubles to give them a new stunning look:-

Measure and cut out a square of fabric, large enough to cover the bauble, Place the bauble in the middle of the square, and bring the edges up together and scrunch at the top. Tie with a length of brown string.

Thread a button onto the string, and tie a bow. Trim the top of the fabric with pinking shears.

3- You may also like to try to create handmade Christmas cards, like this patterned heart card:-

Get a blank Christmas holiday card of any color you like red , white or even green, and get a template of heart shape.

Enlarge template to desired size, Trace onto Bondaweb and iron onto the reverse of fabric.

Cut out and iron lightly on to a blank card to fix in place, then Glue a small ribbon bow to the heart, and a twine loop and ribbon bow to the stocking.
