Calendar 2015
On October 17 the work schedule for next year was published in the BOE. This calendar has eight national holidays and few bridges, as subject to change day fall on a weekend. We designed the Labor calendar so you can print it, download it. The work schedule for 2015 has eight public holidays in all regions. One less than in 2014 due to national holidays of November 1st (All Saints’ Day) and December 6 (Day of the Spanish Constitution) fall on a Sunday. However, in many communities on Monday following these festivities will be party.

How the work schedule is made
National holidays are determined by Article 45.1 of RD 2001/1983 of 28 July, where national holidays are listed, and those parties who are nationals “not substitutable” and those Autonomous Communities may choose not to celebrate differ and replace them with ones that are traditionally their own. Article 43.5 of this decree also grants the Autonomous Communities the possibility of moving holidays falling on a Sunday the following Monday.
National holidays
Of the eight national holidays, seven of which are public “not substitutable”. Ie about them autonomous communities are unable to exercise changes. These days are: January 1 (Thursday), April 3 (Friday), May 1 (Friday), August 15 (Saturday), October 12 (Monday), December 8 (Tuesday) and December 25 (Friday).
The eighth ordinary day throughout the national territory is January 6th (Tuesday) because no community has changed the holiday to another day.
