3
Cut two pieces of silver cord, 16 inches (40 centimeters) for children and 2 feet (60 centimeters) for adults. Take a piece of string, pass it through the top left of a star hole and secure with a knot. Tie the other end of the cord in the upper right of the other star hole. Tie the other piece of string in the other two holes, so that the stars remain bound together as a sandwich sign. It should be room for your head to pass through the two pieces of string.
4
Put on your silver swan neck sweater, skirt, tights and shoes. Go through your head tied the two stars, so that it rests on your back and one in front.
